My Hometown

My hometown is Pariaman. My hometown is not too far from the capital of West Sumatera, Padang. It takes about one hour from Padang by a car. But if you used public transportation, it may takes about two hours. my hometown Exactly in Lubuk Idai. I am sure that everyone in Padang ever heard Lubuk Idai.

Actually, Lubuk Idai is name of a river which pass in my village. The river has a deep deph and slow current enough in the reachers. When I was a child, I used to swim at the river with my grandmother and my sibling. Now the river’s name is using by a restaurant in Padang which famous with delicious roasted fish. The restaurant is located in Khatib Sulaiman, Padang. Before they opened the restaurant in Padang, they also have one in Pariaman.

Then,not only about Lubuk Idai information. I also want to tell you some information about beautiful beachs in Pariaman. Pariaman has many beautiful beach. Even though in the past Pariaman have known as the longest toilet. Now Pariaman has been changing as a beautiful beachs all along the coast. There are Cermin beach and Ulakan beach.

Cermin beach is an amazing beach. It has a good scenery and white sand. Many people come to enjoy the beach. In Cermin beach, there are many pine trees along the beach. It makes a cool atmosphere in the beach. The beach has many cottage that selling some foods. The food sells are not really expensive.

Then, about five kilometers from Cermin beach, there is located a famous beach in Pariaman. It is called Ulakan beach. People usually come there for a religion funeral. Because thyer is a grave of Syeikh Buhanuddin take place. Everyone there believe that people who visit it in seven times, it has same meaning with pray in Mecca.

As we know, there is one religion funeral in Pariaman which held every 1st Muharram. The funeral calls. Tabuik is made from rattan and contain by fruits or pieces cake. Tabuik is held for commemorate about Hasan and Husein. Hasan and Husein are grandson of Muhammad SAW who pass away by a war.

I think Pariaman has good tourism objects to see, also you can enjoy the beach. Most people in Pariaman are like to visit it every weekend to refreshing their mind or for a religion funeral. It is time for you to visit and enjoy the beautiful view…

                Continuing study is a necessity for us. Sometimes it is difficult for us when we choose a university to continue our study. We could be confuse about which one the university that we like the most. The same thing is also happen when we choose about study abroad or domestic. Each of them has some advantages so we need to think it over before decided our choice. In this essay, I will elaborate about the advantages going study abroad or domestic.

            First, let us talk about the advantages of going study abroad. If you continue your study in a progressing country, the benefit will look clearly in academic system. A developing country has lower academic system than a progressing country. in foreign countries usually a lot of scientific seminars are held, studies and discussions are free with many facilities. So, you will have much knowledge there. Then, when you visit one country for vacation or study, it can increase your experience. You can get several experiences about the culture or about the situation of that country. If you a friendly person, you may have a lot of friends during your study there. In terms of language ability, so overseas we have very big opportunity to sharpening our foreign language. For example, in the West with English or French and in the Middle East by Arabic. It is good for you that study in English Department.

Second, there are some different advantages if you continue study in domestic. The truly one advantages is not spend much money. Studying in domestic means you have inexpensive life than abroad. If you study abroad, the prices are probably higher than domestic. Then, the most important point is you are live close with your family. When parents sad, sick, or hit by the problems we can help them directly. Whenever you get homesick, it is easy for you to get home soon. So, it is easily for them to take care of you, too.  Study in domestic also

Here are just a few of the most advantages about study abroad and domestic. Study abroad gives you more benefit in academic system. However, you do not need worry about financial if you study in domestic. It is depend on you where the university you going to choose. Both of them have several advantages that give you different benefits.
